First Creative Corp. (FCC) values you as a customer and
your right to privacy. FCC and Tshirtsorever.com will make every effort to ensure that your personal information remains confidential. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
Offer and Acceptance. By submitting a completed order
form, you offer to purchase, on and pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and the order form, the items you select and submit to Tshirtsforver.com. for purchase via the order form. Your offer may be accepted by Tshirtsforever.com by sending you an electronic confirmation that your order has been received and accepted. It shall be in our discretion to accept or reject your offer. If we accept your offer, these Terms and Conditions and the order form collectively constitute a legal agreement between FCC and you governing your purchase
of the items from Tshirtsforever.com .
Prices. Price changes may be necessary and will be made
without prior notice. However, the prices displayed on the
site at the time you submit your order electronically are
valid and will not change. Shipping from Boca Raton, FL, is
additional. It is calculated and added to your order total at
checkout.
Returns. If you wish to return merchandise, please write or
e-mail us for authorization. Returned merchandise will be
accepted only in clean, re-saleable condition and in its
original packaging. A 10 percent restocking charge will be
applied for merchandise returned more than 30 days from
shipment date.
Responsibilities. If FCC accepts your order, it shall, in
return for your payment, provide the items you order through
Tshirtsforever.com. The items shall be delivered to
you at the delivery address you designate. Your payment for
the items and shipping, is due upon completion of your
order online. You authorize FCC to make and collect such
charges, and agree to make payment to FCC if FCC cannot
collect the charge for any reason.
Communications. FCC shall conclusively presume that
online communications received from you through your use
of the online order form and registration process are
accurate, complete, and authorized by you as received by
FCC. You agree not to contest the validity and binding legal
effect of those communications.
Substitution Policy. Although Tshirtsforever.com believes that it will have sufficient inventory to fill your orders, it is possible that certain items may be unavailable, from time to time. In the event an item you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will attempt to notify you and will fill the remainder of your order.
Limitation of Liability. FCC shall not be liable to you for any
interception of online communications, software or hard-
ware problems (including, without limitation, viruses,
loss of data, or compatibility conflicts), unauthorized use of
your credit card, or other consequence beyond the reason-
able control of FCC. Any liability of FCC, its employees,
affiliates, or agents, to you for damages, losses and causes
of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, either jointly
or severally, shall be strictly limited to the aggregate dollar
amount paid by you to FCC in the twelve (12) months
immediately prior to the claimed injury or damage.
FCC's Right to Refuse Service. First Creative Corp., in its
sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone, with or without cause or reason.
Shipping:
Taxes: State sales taxes are only applied to orders from
within the State of Florida. A sales tax charge of 6% is then applied.
